Michigan State Police have issued an amber alert for a missing three old boy from Alpena.
Keegan Waterman is black, weighs 55 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
Police think he’s with his mother, Christina, and that she’s trying to take him to Tennessee.
She may be driving a tan, 2000 Chevrolet Tahoe, with Tennessee plate U-4-7-5-8-V.
Christina Waterman is 38, white, about 5-foot-7 and weighs 195 pounds.
She has blonde hair and blue eyes.
