Some activists in Detroit are calling on Kid Rock to keep the Confederate flag out of his performances.
The Michigan Chapter of the National Action Network issued a statement Monday asking the 44-year old rock star to denounce the flag.
They also held a demonstration at the Midtown museum in Detroit and asked museum officials to take his name off the exhibit he funded if he doesn’t stop using the flag.
