State Lawmakers Pause In Memory Of South Carolina Church Shooting Victims

Lawmakers in the Michigan House paused during a hectic session day Thursday to remember the victims of a church shooting in Charleston, South Carolina.

House Speaker Kevin Cotter singled out the church’s pastor, Clementa Pinckney.

Nine people were killed in the shooting Wednesday night.
