On the boys basketball schedule tonight…

College Basketball

Both Northern Michigan University basketball teams entertain Roosevelt University tonight.

NHL

The Red Wings scored four goals in the first period, and cracked the Kraken 6-2 yesterday. Marco Kasper, J.T. Compher, Alex DeBrincat, Patrick Kane, Eric Gustaffson and Dylan Larkin all found the net before Seattle finally got on the scoreboard in the third period. Cam Talbot made 31 saves.

The resurgent Wings have won seven straight, and host the Sharks tomorrow. Coverage will begin at 6:45 on 99.3 The Lift.

NBA

The Pistons have won nine of their last 11 games, and visit the Knicks tonight.

NFL

In the wild card round of the NFL playoffs yesterday… 

  • The Bills dispatched the Broncos 31-7.
  • The Packers’ season ended with a 22-10 loss to the Eagles. Jordan Love was intercepted three times.
  • The Commanders shaded the Buccaneers 23-30.

  • The Vikings visit the Rams for an 8:00 game, with coverage on 99.3 The Lift.

The Lions will entertain Washington in the NFC Divisional Round Saturday evening at 8. Philadelphia will host the winner of tonight’s game Sunday at 3.

In the AFC, the Chiefs welcome the Texans Saturday at 4:30, and the Bills host the Ravens Sunday at 6:30.
