Love hurt his elbow in last Sunday’s loss to the Bears. Receiver Romeo Doubs was also listed as a full participant yesterday, after missing time with an illness.

Lions defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn will not be interviewing for the Patriots’ head coaching job. He declined their request for an interview, but did talk with the Jets yesterday. Detroit assistant coach Deshea Townsend has interviewed with the 49ers for their vacant defensive coordinator job.

MLB

The Tigers will not be heading to arbitration with any of their players this winter. All nine of those eligible have now agreed to contracts. Infielders Zach McKinstry and Andy Ibáñez signed deals in November. Yesterday, agreements were announced with outfielder Matt Vierling, catcher Jake Rogers, and pitchers Tarik Skubal, Jason Foley, Casey Mize, Will Vest and Beau Brieske. The most notable deal was Skubal’s, at  $10.15 million.

The Brewers have inked five of their six eligible players, including pitchers Aaron Civale, Nestor Cortes, Joel Payamps, Trevor Megill and Nick Mears. They did not reach a deal with catcher William Contreras, so he and the team have filed arbitration paperwork.
